PMRS Organization
Programs Division
The Client Relations team visits prospective employers, maintains employer records and contracts, conducts cost study analysis, administers plan upgrades, and provides educational seminars on plan benefits for employers and members. Additionally, the Programs Division manages individual member records, prepares year-end member statements, and processes monthly payments to retirees.
